Sleeplessness or insomnia is not from the Lord. These prayers should be done aggressively. If you had a bad night, you would likely have a bad day.
Confessions:

Psalm 3:5: I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the Lord sustained me.

Psalm 127:2: It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.
Eccles 5:12: The sleep of a labouring man is sweet, whether he eat little or much: but the abundance of the rich will not suffer him to sleep.
Isaiah 29:10: For the Lord hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.
Luke 9:32: But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.
Psalm 121:1-8: I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8 The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
Lord Jesus, I thank You for Your daytime and Your nighttime. I know You never sleep but constantly watch over me. I know You have placed Your guardian angels all around me.
Lord, I give You all my cares and worries of the day, and I give You all my fears.
Satan, I bind you, in the name of Jesus. You are bound all spirits of fear, especially fear of the dark, in the name of Jesus. I rebuke the fear of fire and fear of intruders in the name of Jesus. Spirits of insomnia, nervousness, tension, panic attack,and worry, I cast you out, in the name of Jesus.
Lord, please go into the darkest recesses of my mind, into my subconscious, into the dream area, and heal all painful memories and trauma.
Lord, I ask You to fill me with Your divine love, peace, and calmness. I pray You will allow me to sleep soundly all night long and wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. I commit myself to You. It’s in the name of Jesus that I pray. Amen.
PRAISE WORSHIP
1. Thank you Father for the protection offered under Your unsleeping eye, in the name of Jesus.
2. I commend my body, soul and spirit to Your care Lord Jesus as I sleep, in the name of Jesus.
3. Father, in the name of Jesus, let me not go through any part of this night unaccompanied by Thee, in the name of Jesus.
4. I claim sound sleep and refreshing sleep, in the name of Jesus.
5. I claim safety from all perils of the night, in the name of Jesus.
6. I claim protection from the arrows of destruction and pestilence of the night, in the name of Jesus.
7. I claim freedom from satanic and restless dreams, in the name of Jesus.
8. I claim freedom from importing anxiety and shameful thoughts into my dream, in the name of Jesus.
9. Father, let me experience the brightness of Thy presence this night, in the name of Jesus.
10. Intercede in the spirit for all those who cannot sleep for pain or for anxiety
11. Thank the Lord for His redemptive power and the power of the cross to deliver from the chains of the enemy.
12. I release myself from the bondage of sleeplessness, in the name of Jesus
13. I break the yoke of the oppressors, in the name of Jesus.
14. I bind every spirit of fear or infirmity preventing me from enjoying sound sleep, in the name of Jesus.
15. I release myself from the bondage of early unprofitable waking up, in the name of Jesus.
16. Let every emotional strain, nightmare, anxiety or depression causing sleeplessness be melted away by the fire of the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus.
17. I receive deliverance from bondage of sleeping tablets, in the name of Jesus.
18. I claim sound and sweet sleep, in the mighty name of Jesus.
19. Let every sleep disturbance originator be eliminated from my life, in the name of Jesus.
20. I bind every spirit of faintness, dizziness, headache, tremor, unusual sweating, poor concentration, palpitation, diarrhea and any other spirit causing difficulty in sleeping, in Jesus name.
21. Every sleeplessness attached to previous horrifying experiences, be dismantled, in the name of Jesus.
22. The fear of going to sleep, be eliminated from every area of my life, in the name of Jesus.
23. Let the name of the Lord be glorified in every area of my life.
